Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 19, 2026

LimsVault (“LimsVault”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the LimsVault website (the “Service”), a player-to-player marketplace for Roblox limited items. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use the Service.

By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service unless otherwise defined here.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your email address, username, payout details (such as a PayPal email, bank account number, cryptocurrency wallet, Cash App $cashtag, Venmo handle, or Zelle target), and your Roblox username. The information we collect is used to contact you, process payouts, and identify which account is delivering or receiving an item.

Roblox Account Linking

To enable instant delivery, sellers may choose to link a Roblox account by providing a .ROBLOSECURITYsession cookie and, when enabling auto 2FA, an authenticator manual-entry key (collectively, “Account Credentials”).

Your .ROBLOSECURITY cookie and 2FA manual-entry key are safely stored on our server. They are used for a single purpose: automatically sending the Roblox trade from your linked account the moment one of your items is sold. Without these two values we cannot complete instant delivery on your behalf — that is the only reason we hold them.

Specifically, Account Credentials are used to:

  • verify the linked account belongs to you;
  • read the public collectibles inventory of that account so we know which items can be listed;
  • generate the time-based one-time code required by Roblox at the moment a trade is sent (using the 2FA manual-entry key); and
  • automatically accept or send the Roblox trade for the buyer when one of your listings sells.

Account Credentials are never displayed to other users, never sold, and are never used for any purpose outside of automating trades for your sales. You can remove an account from the dashboard at any time, which deletes the associated cookie and manual-entry key from our database. If you prefer not to share credentials for your main account, you can transfer items to an alt and link the alt instead.

Log Data

Whenever you visit the Service we collect information that your browser sends to us, called Log Data. This Log Data may include your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type and version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics. It may also include geolocation information derived from your IP address. We record your IP and country at registration and on each login so we can detect fraud and assist with disputes.

Cookies

Cookies are small data files that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser from the website you visit and are stored on your device.

Our website uses cookies to keep you signed in and to improve our Service. You may refuse our cookies in your browser settings, but some portions of the Service (most importantly, the signed-in experience) will not function.

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to:

  • facilitate our Service;
  • provide the Service on our behalf;
  • perform Service-related tasks (e.g., payment processing); or
  • assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. They are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose. Cryptocurrency payment information may be transferred to the on-chain provider used to settle the deposit.

Security

We value your trust in providing us with your personal information, so we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password and Account Credentials confidential.

Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other websites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We are not operated by these external sites and we strongly advise you to review their privacy policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take the necessary actions.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) gives consumers more control over the personal information that businesses collect about them. If you are a California resident, you have additional privacy rights:

  • the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how it is used and shared;
  • the right to delete personal information collected from you (with some exceptions);
  • the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information;
  • the right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale

You may request that LimsVault stop selling your personal information. With limited exceptions, we cannot sell your personal information after we receive your opt-out request unless you later authorize us to do so. Send an opt-out request to our support channel listed below.

Right to Know

You may request that we disclose what personal information we have collected, used, shared, or sold about you, and why. Requests may be submitted via the email address listed in the “Contact Us” section. We will respond within 45 calendar days and may extend that deadline by another 45 days if we notify you.

Right to Delete

You may request that we delete personal information we have collected from you and ask our service providers to do the same. Certain exceptions allow us to retain information required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of goods or services just because you exercised your rights under the CCPA. However, if you refuse to provide your personal information or ask us to delete it, and that information is necessary for us to provide a service to you, we may not be able to complete that transaction.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
